	Javen Performs for Homeless Mothers This past Mother's Day weekend Javen performed in downtown Los Angeles, CA for mothers who were homeless. Javen join the Union Rescue Mission which houses hundreds of misplaced women, men and children throughout the LA area along with county officials to honor the mothers who are homeless. "We try to give back in any way we can," said Javen. Special guest speaker included Dr. Bam Crawford senior pastor of Bible Enrichment Christian Life Center. The event took place in down town LA on Friday afternoon. The ladies were serenaded by Javen, uplifted by the encouraging teaching of Dr. Bam, and given special gifts and awards. Javen says, "this is just one of many things I like to be apart of to help people even if it's in small ways."

	JAVEN ATTENDS VH1 SAVE THE MUSIC Building a sound structure starts with laying a solid foundation. The groundwork for Javen’s musical talents took shape in the south Florida public school system during regular music education classes. Unfortunately today's schools are eliminating curriculums like the ones that provided Javen a springboard for success. The VH1 Save The Music Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring instrumental music education in America's schools, and raising the awareness of the importance of music as a part of each child's complete education. When they invited Javen to their latest party and concert fundraiser he was honored to be involved. On Friday, December 1, The VH1 Save The Music Foundation event took place at the Esquire House 360 degrees in Beverly Hills, California. The exclusive outing was hosted by Keifer Sutherland, Jaime Pressley, Wilmer Valderama, Tyrese Gibson, Omar Epps, Gary Dourdan, and attended by stars John Mayer, ZZ Top and Angie Stone among others. The bash was a tremendous success raising thousands of dollars and generating national interest in reinvigorating music agendas in every school system in the nation. 	JAVEN JOINS FELLOW STARS TO FEED THE HOMELESS IN LA As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches we should all take stock of the wonderful abundance and blessings around our families and homes. For those less fortunate this time of year can be desolate, cold and desperate. On Saturday November 18th Javen will be partnering with a team of 400 volunteers to brighten the season for 4,000 of Los Angeles’ homeless. In conjunction with the Union Rescue Mission in downtown LA Javen and fellow volunteers William Sanderson (Deadwood), Tia and Tamera Mowry, producer Robin Reed, Citibank Western Division President Lisa Barrett and a host of others will be serving over 100 fried turkeys with all of the trimmings from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 545 South San Pedro Street. The day’s festivities include raffles, entertainment and a Kid's Zone. An event like this brings hope for a better future to those who feel they have been forgotten and Javen is excited to make this part of his holiday tradition.

	Javen does outside concert at Les Voyous in Hollywood In LA right on Hollywood Blvd Javen belts out tunes from his latest CD 'Believer' to a standing room only crowd. It was a magical night of singing and dancing under the stars of tinsel town.
